The Fight to Protect the Surface (地上を守る戦い Chijō o Mamoru Tatakai) is Night 354 of the Magi manga series.

Summary[]

Aladdin stops the angels with his spell, Dhoruf Medon. Then, Hakuryuu impales the angels that Aladdin stopped earlier with his technique, Zaug Mobarezo. To finish off the angels, Alibaba burns them with his Amol Dherr-saiqa. Judar marvels at how weak the enemies are. Aladdin comments that Rukh is still heading west where Parthevia and Heliohapt are located.

Hakuryuu implores Aladdin and Alibaba to head west and let him and Judar handle things here. Judar complains about how they have to stay when Aladdin can teleport. He then insults Sinbad about letting his country go to ruin. Hakuryuu explains the people can't defend themselves when their Rukh is overwritten. Drakon and the Sindria citizens notice Judar and begin to bring up his past misdeeds. Hakuryuu slaps Judar on the back. Judar states Sinbad should do something which Hakuryuu notes only the master of the Sacred Palace can undo it.

In the Sacred Palace, Ugo is surprised at how Sinbad and David are just rearranging ranks of their god status. He states Sinbad needs to win in order to undo the rewriting of everyone's Rukh. When David states how they were on the same agenda of absorbing the Rukh and fighting the other gods, Sinbad agrees that they had seen the same destiny much to the shock of Ugo.
