Summary[]

Arriving to headquarters of the International Alliance, Kougyoku makes her case in front of the board of directors. Sinbad opens up discussion about Reim Empire's entry into the International Alliance. Muu Alexius declines on joining them and explains they want to retain their sovereignty. Sinbad threatens an economic sanction on Reim Empire due to them not paying the taxes for trading. Once Muu invites Takeruhiko Yamato, Kougyoku announces that the Kou Empire will be exiting the International Alliance, therefore, nullifying any chances of the alliance of apprehending Takeruhiko and Hakuryuu for violating the laws.

Kougyoku acknowledges the effects of Kou Empire leaving the International Alliance and stating that they will atone for their past mistakes by compensating former colonies. In her speech, Kougyoku declares she wants to build her country with her own hands and forgives Sinbad. She thanks Sinbad for attaining world peace much to Sinbad's shock.
