Kokuhyou Shuu (周 黒彪, Shū Kokuhyō) was the Left General of the Kou Empire. He was part of Kouen Ren's campaign, later becomes part of Hakuryuu Ren's army overthrowing Gyokuen Ren and Al-Thamen.
Appearance[]
Kokuhyou is a tall man with long, dark hair tied in a ponytail and a mustache. He wears traditional clothes, a small hat, a dark cape and armor. Kokuhyou lost his right eye and sports a white patch with a white cross-shaped mark.
Personality[]
Kokuhyou is a stone-faced and stern person, yet he's very loyal to the First Emperor Hakutoku which is later served his surviving son, Hakuryuu Ren, in his campaign.
History[]
At some point, Kokuhyou joined Kou's Empire army and reached the position of Left General. Along with Seiryuu Ri, both of them used to serve under Hakutoku Ren.
Plot[]
Second Sindria Arc[]
Kokuhyou's first appearance is alongside that of Kouen Ren. He and the Right General, Seiryuu Ri, are standing at the army's base in Balbadd, in front of the throne where Kouen is sitting, waiting for Judar's return.[2]
Abilities[]
By his position it's assumed that he has great military skill and experience.
Household Vessel[]
Kokuhyou uses the powers of Hakuryuu's Djinn, Zagan. Zagan lends his power to his Household Vessel.
- Assimilation: Kokuhyou transforms into a monstrous and ferocious form. Kokuhyou can absorb others' Magoi by using creepers.
Relationships[]
Hakuryuu Ren[]
When Hakuryuu decided to make a rebellion again Kouen Ren, both him and Seiryuu Ri decided to follow him because they were the trustful subordiantes of king Hakutoku Ren so they believed that Hakuryuu is the true sucessor.

- His first name means Black Panther. His last name means Circumference.
- "Kokuhyou" is the Japanese pronunciation; in Chinese his name would be Hēibiāo.
- He shares the same family name as Kokuton Shuu.
