I'm not sure who's replying to who after my comment. I realize the arguments got ugly after some misunderstandings and philosphical stuff and expectations of Admins. I'll stop here. I'll just wait.
Reading Velia's words, it reminds me of another Wikia where new wiki editors would ask the old admin to promote new admins. He said he only promote editors who worked for more than 8 months straight because he was tired of seeing new editors disappearing. I don't mean to apply to another Wikia since you guys feel that each Wikia is unique and me applying my experiences especially with the mobile part and popularity part caused issues. Mel (since May 2016) and Brandon (since Oct 2016) are really new editors if you look from that perspective. I don't doubt their contributions. For anyone else who aren't familiar with them and look at their contributions and goals, I would say mixed feelings. I said I vote for Mell since he is good with code than me and seems to have time on his hands and it's better for him to be admin to work on code instead of having someone unlock and relock.
I actually thought of something else. I thought you can just write the code and someone to paste it. That's what 1 Wikia did. An admin friend of mine goes to community central wikia and another code Wikia to copy and paste codes upon request. He's not a code person. Though, that wouldn't work with you.
I'm still thinking of other solutions and alternatives.

Regarding Brandon's point on senority and one person deciding the rules, I wasn't clear and cause trouble with my wording. I explain it a bit better as carefully as I can using my experiences as example. I know you're idealistic on community but sometimes especially in small communities like these, you can't get a vote on most policies. That's why I rely on Natichan or a single, active Admin who is the only source of consistency of other Wikias to ask them for their thoughts. I reinforce their policy through their words for some consistency. I'm pretty OCD. That's why I resist most changes and seek the Admin's say on it which leads me in getting trouble when new folks ask for a change, a big change in policies. That's where I come from. I'm sorry if you thought it because she was senority. No, it's more of what Natichan, Vely, and I have said. In times of inactivity, the one person to make decision is the admin. I know you guys feel it's stagnant in the community. It's only been 3 months or so. That's why I had notes from Natichan regarding the default image policy because A) she was there when there was less than 2 wiki editors mostly passer byers. It was just me, Dancing Fairy, and Natichan B) most of the default images we have enacted according to that policy. There is stability there.
Edit: Looking back, things change with the situation.
Since you're new, you will experience it more when you arrive to other Wikias. Most Wikias are pretty small and most operate on one person because they don't have the man power or luxury to get a "community" vote. That one person might not be an Admin.
I know you hated me for saying Magi isn't popular or something and that affected traffic or being doubtful of the mobile aspect. Having work on different Wikias and seeing different reactions, most of them were A) didn't make a difference B) make templates or stuff not work which is why I seen most Admins hate it or find it a drag. I'm hoping it works in Magi Wikia, but I have my doubts. That doesn't mean I'm not giving you new wiki editors to experiment and tried it out. Believe me, we tried that in hopes of making the Wikia better but it didn't bring results. That's why I came off as cynical which pissed you guys off yesterday. I'm sorry about that.
I'll stop here and wait.
